Proud parents Mandi Newton and Ricky Berger of Rockwell are happy to announce the birth of their son, Carter Grey Berger.  Carter was born at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury on September 5, 2019.  He weighed 7lbs 9.5oz and was 20.5 inches long.  Carter has two older siblings, a brother, Devin (18) and a sister, Madison (16) of the home.  His grandparents are Robbie and Cynthia Newton of Rockwell and Mary Garrett of Asheville.  Great grandparents are Brenda B. Kluttz and H.L. Kluttz both of Rockwell.
