SPENCER — Compass Independent Living Apartments will hold an open house Thursday from 4-6 p.m.

The facility has recently gone through an ownership change and major renovations.

“We are doing our best to keep people independent while at the same time offering services like daily nutrition, medication management, all utilities, cable, internet, laundry, housekeeping and eyes on our clients three to four times a day,” said Admissions Director Tui Austin Oles on behalf of Compass Healthcare and Rowan Rehab.

Compass Healthcare and Rehab offers independent living apartments, where staff members deliver medication to patients, help with prescription orders and make appointments.
