• A Cleveland woman reported Wednesday that her debit card information was used online to make unauthorized purchases.

• A man reported a stolen scooter Wednesday in the 200 block of English Street.

• A man reported damage to a vehicle Wednesday in the 300 block of Valentine Court.

• Miller-Motte Tech reported a stolen laptop Wednesday in the 2200 block of Jacob Bost Road.

• Darshitkumar Patel, 33, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor fraud or failure to obtain worker’s compensation insurance at the Rowan County Courthouse.

• Robert Paul Owens, 30, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6100 block of East N.C. 152, Rockwell.
