Litter throughout Salisbury is a major problem and an eyesore to what could be a beautiful area.

Why hasn’t the city of Salisbury addressed this issue and gotten it picked up? Littering is a senseless selfish act by non-caring inconsiderate people.

What is the plan to address this ongoing issue?
