Blotter: Thief steals catalytic converters from Woodleaf construction company

WOODLEAF — Carolina Construction Services reported to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office that someone stole catalytic converters on Tuesday from vehicles parked at the business. The business is located at 3765 N.C. 801, Woodleaf.

The theft occurred sometime between 8 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to a report.

• Devine Tabu Seamon, 29, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor assault on a female while in the 100 block of Long Ferry Road.

• Nazareth Children’s Home reported on Saturday the property was vandalized at 795 Crescent Road, Rockwell.

• A man reported on Saturday his heating and air conditioning unit was stolen from the 2700 block of Statesville Boulevard.

• A woman reported on Saturday she was the victim of a burglary while in the 2000 block of Rollingwood Drive, Kannapolis.

• A woman reported on Saturday she someone stole items from a shed in the 500 block of Walton Road.

• A man reported on Saturday someone stole his belongings from his vehicle while in the 100 block of Harmony Lane, China Grove.

• A man reported on Sunday his camper was stolen from the 300 block of Timber Creek Lane.

• A woman reported on Sunday she was assaulted in the 300 block of Leach Road.

• A woman reported on Sunday she was the victim of an assault while in the 800 block of Crescent Road, Rockwell.

• A woman reported on Monday she was the victim of a scam while in the 700 block of Academy Street, Cleveland.

• A man reported on Monday his vehicle was damaged and someone stole items from it while parked in the 100 block of Potneck Road.

• A man reported on Monday he was the victim of an assault while in the 2000 block of Silk and Tassel Road, Cleveland.

• Brian Scott Wilcox, 47, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a female while in the 200 block of Karrimont Road, China Grove.

• Katherine Gwen Muse, 40, was charged on Monday with misdemeanor simple assault while in the 200 block of Silk and Tassel Road, Cleveland.

• A man reported on Wednesday someone used an object to “punch” his vehicle lock and stole items from his inside the vehicle while parked in the 1000 block of East Innes Street.

• Lawrence Electric Inc. reported on Wednesday someone stole copper wiring from the business located at 339 Calhoun St.

• A woman reported on Wednesday someone stole a bicycle from her property in the 500 block of Union Heights Boulevard.

• A man reported on Wednesday someone stole two backpack blowers from his property in the 800 block of Brookmount Avenue.

• A man reported on Wednesday the door frame of his property was broken in the 400 block of Statesman Drive.

• A man reported on Monday someone stole copper wiring was removed from his vehicle while it was parked at Lowe’s Home Improvement.
