SALISBURY — Salisbury police investigators are looking into the suspicious death of a woman found deceased on Monday at her Fairmont Avenue home.

Denise Mary Sabol, 59, had not been seen for days before police were notified, said spokesman Lt. Lee Walker. She was found dead in her home on Fairmont AVenue.

Because of the circumstances of her death, police are investigating Sabol’s death as suspicious. A friend and caretaker had not heard from Sabol in a while, Walker said.

Sabol, who is a Cinncinati native, does not have any family locally. Walker said it’s not believed that she had health issues.

Police are waiting on confirmation from the state Medical Examiner’s Office.
