In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A woman reported on Tuesday she was the victim of an assault in the 2900 block of Rockwell Road, Rockwell.

• A man reported on Tuesday he was the victim of larceny while in the 7600 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• Richard Lee Thomas, 33, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 2900 block of Rockwell Road, Rockwell.

• Myron Gilbert Jones, 63, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor communicating threats while in the 12000 block of Old Beatty Ford Road, Rockwell.
