MOUNT ULLA — West Rowan junior shortstop Emma Clarke is only halfway through her high school softball career, but the record-setting slugger verbally committed to Tennessee over the weekend.

Georgia, Virginia and Florida State were the other schools among her four finalists.

Clarke will turn her attention to volleyball today, as the Falcons have a big matchup with East Rowan.
