In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

  • A sex offender registry violation occurred on Edgefield Drive in Salisbury between 2:04 p.m. on Nov. 14 and 9:52 a.m. on Dec. 5.
  • Littering occurred on North Main Street in Salisbury around 3:17 p.m. on Dec. 5.
  • Burglary by forced entry occurred on Robertson Road in Salisbury between 8 a.m. on Nov. 30 and 2 a.m. on Dec. 5.
  • Larceny occurred on Beaver Road in Kannapolis between 3:03 a.m. on Nov. 30 and 4 p.m. on Nov. 30.
  • Damage property causing vandalism occurred on Mill Wheel Drive in Salisbury between 11 a.m. on Dec. 4 and 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 5. 
  • Fraud by false pretense occurred on Mt. Hope Church Road in Salisbury around noon on Dec. 5.
  • Damage property causing vandalism occurred on Faith Road in Salisbury between noon and 1 p.m. on Nov. 29.
  • Obie Porter Short, 53, was charged with communicating threats on Dec. 5.
  • Louie Federico IV, 49, was charged with possession of a controlled substance – schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 5.
  • Amanda Marie Kay, 46, was charged with assault – serious bodily injury on Dec. 5.
  • Jennifer Collins Gullett, 51, was charged with cyberstalking on Dec. 5.
  • James Alexander Blount III, 29, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver controlled substance – schedule II, two counts of felony sell, deliver controlled substance – schedule II.

 

In Salisbury Police Department reports

  • Property was found in the 1700 block of S. Main St. in Salisbury on Dec. 5.
  • Forgery reportedly occurred in the 600 block of E. Innes St. between 9 a.m. on Nov. 17 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Malcolm Xavier Harris, 29, was charged with assault by strangulation on Dec. 5.
  • Ja’darrius Dameian Bell, 26, was charged with robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapon on Dec. 5.
  • Jessica Judith Cornoyer, 21, was charged with concealment of merchandise on Dec. 5.
  • Nathan Lee Shue, 52, was charged with assault inflicting serious injury on Dec. 5.
