• A larceny occurred at Old Mocksville Road in Salisbury between 10:25 a.m. on Dec. 5 and 10 a.m. on Dec. 6.
• Emalee Rose May, 18, was charged with displaying a fictitious tag or license plate on Dec. 6.
• Uriah Amil Kennedy, 24, was charged with injury to real property on Dec. 6.
• Steven Keith, 37, was charged with cyberstalking on Dec. 6.
