In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 700 block of Hamilton Drive between 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 1 and 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 2.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 600 block of Laurel Pointe Circle between 8 a.m. on Jan. 1 and 9:45 a.m. on Jan. 2.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1000 block of East Lafayette Street between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 2. The total estimated loss was $3,150.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 700 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 1:14 a.m. on Jan. 3.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 300 block of North Shaver Street between 8 p.m. on Jan. 1 and 5 a.m. on Jan. 3.
  • Timothy Torrence, 53, was charged with breaking and entering of a building on Jan 2.
  • Amy Renae Davis, 53, was charged with breaking and entering of a building on Jan. 2.
  • John Lery Partee, 63, was charged with breaking and entering of a building on Jan. 2.
  • Michelle Tameka Dillingham, 31, was charged with misuse of the 911 system on Jan. 3.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • James Duzoeh Kormon III, 20, was charged with larceny on Jan. 1.
  • Robbin L. Saunders, 65, was charged with assault on a female on Jan. 1.
  • Michael Todd Cook, 56, was charged with communicating threats on Jan. 1.
