In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Resisting arrest and a larceny occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 9:28 a.m. and 9:57 a.m. on March 6. The total estimated loss was $40.
• Fraud occurred in the 1000 block of Mooresville Road between 8 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2023, and 8 a.m. on Oct. 21, 2023. It was reported on March 6. The total estimated loss was $1,683.
• Fraud occurred in the 1000 block of Mooresville Road between 8 a.m. on Oct. 17. 2023, and 10 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2023. It was reported on March 6. The total estimated loss was $19,376.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road at 4:15 p.m. on March 6. The total estimated loss was $437.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:10 p.m. on March 6. The total estimated loss was $38.
• Possession of crack cocaine occurred in the 1500 block of East Innes Street between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. on March 7.
• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Castlewood Drive between 6 p.m. on March 6 and 6:57 a.m. on March 7.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 400 block of East Innes Street at 1:05 p.m. on March 7. The total estimated loss was $20.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 4:41 p.m. on March 7. The total estimated loss was $110.
• Sarah Amy Toledo, 40, was charged with adulteration of urine to defraud a drug of alcohol test on March 7.

• Littering or trash dumping occurred at the intersection of Pinetree Drive and Mill Run Road at 1:23 p.m. on March 6.
• A rape occurred at Foxrun Road at 12:39 p.m. on March 6.
• Jessica Viola Hawks, 36, was charged with injury to real property on March 6.
• Billy Ray McIntyre, 63, was charged with breaking or entering and six counts of injuring or tampering with a vehicle on March 6.
• Larry Mac Helms, 47, was charged with larceny on March 6.
• Timothy Earl Misenheimer Sr., 39, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute on March 6.
• Joshua Martin Witman, 44, was charged with simple assault on March 6.
• James Ralph Morgan, 65, was charged with larceny on March 6.
• Jeffrey Lynwood Kellam Jr., 36, was charged with communicating threats on March 6.
• Douglas Allan Brewer, 59, was charged with fraudulent disposal of mortgaged property on March 6.
• Maynor Sorto-Baires, 29, was charged with simple assault on March 6.
