• Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 1000 block of East Innes Street at 10:21 a.m. on March 22. The total estimated loss was $886.
• Fraud by flim-flam confidence games or trickery occurred in the 1300 block of Sidney Drive at 11:15 a.m. on March 22. The total estimated loss was $500.
• Communicating threats occurred in the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive at 11:08 a.m. on March 22.
• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 2100 block of Harrison Road at 12:44 p.m. on March 20.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 900 block of East Innes Street at 1:20 p.m. on March 22.

• A larceny of automobile accessories occurred in the 900 block of West Horah Street between 9 p.m. on March 22 and 10:29 a.m. on March 23. The total estimated loss was $25.
• Credit card fraud occurred in the 100 block of South Ellis Street between 10:30 a.m. on March 22 and 10:30 a.m. on March 23. The total estimated loss was $574.
• An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred in the 200 block of South Oakhurst Drive at 10:45 a.m. on March 23.
• Possession of marijuana occurred in the 1600 block of East Innes Street at 1:05 p.m. on March 23.
• A burglary occurred in the 100 block of South Milford Drive between 1:10 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on March 23.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1900 block of West Innes Street at 2:00 p.m. on March 23.
• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of North Ellis Street between 7 p.m. on March 22 and 3 p.m. on March 23.

• Charles Henry Simpson, 56, was charged with felony breaking and entering of vehicles on March 22.
• John Leroy Partee, 63, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on March 22.
• Patrick Lee Todd, 31, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on March 22.
• Ralph Wayne Ledford, 62, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 23.
• Tashana Annice Hargrave, 37, was charged with impaired driving on March 24.
• John Robert Chambers, 63, was charged with a felony probation violation on March 24.
• Brian Scott Townsend, 52, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute on March 24.

• Vandalism occurred in the 200 block of Timber Creek Lane between 11 p.m. on March 20 and 9 a.m. on March 21.
• Possession of drugs occurred at Statesville Boulevard at 11:12 a.m. on March 21. Police reports indicate that a THC vape pen was found on a student.
• A larceny occurred in the 2200 block of East N.C. Highway 152 between 5 p.m. on March 19 and 12:07 p.m. on March 21. The total estimated loss was $4,000.
• A 50B weapon seizure occurred at Stone Avenue at 3:35 p.m. on March 21.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Tingle Drive at 6:07 p.m. on March 21. The total estimated loss was $80.
• A larceny occurred in the 69000 block of Interstate 85 North between midnight and 8:35 a.m. on March 22. Police reports indicate that a trailer and construction equipment were stolen in the area.
• A larceny occurred in the 5500 block of U.S. Highway 601 at 11:18 a.m. on March 22. The total estimated loss was $600.

• A stolen vehicle was recovered at Centenary Church Road between midnight on March 20 and 11:22 a.m. on March 23.
• Nigel Eugene Terry, 47, was charged with displaying a fictitious tag or license plate on March 21.
• Bradley Donelle Wallace, 37, was charged with restricting, obstructing or delaying an officer and a felony parole violation on March 21.
• Brandon Marquel Clawson, 28, was charged with carrying a concealed gun and resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on March 22.
• Joshua Keith Ferguson, 40, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 22.
• Joe Bennett Caudle, 61, was charged with assault on a government official on March 22. Police reports indicate that Caudle allegedly assaulted an officer while an inmate at the Rowan County Detention Center.
• Warren Walker, 31, was charged with driving without insurance and driving while his license was revoked on March 22.
• Michelle Gillespie Hester, 56, was charged with failure to report child abuse on March 23.
• Robert Adam Barnes, 43, was charged with first-degree trespassing on March 23.
• Meredith Christine Blyth Williams, 50, was charged with second-degree trespassing on March 23.
• Lori Ann Barnes, 58, was charged with second-degree trespassing on March 23.
• Brian Kelley, 45, was charged with misuse of the 911 emergency telephone system on March 23.
• Michael James Abraham, 61, was charged with driving while impaired on March 23.
