SALISBURY — Let’s play two.
Salisbury’s boys tennis team took care of a season’s worth of Central Carolina Conference matches with Thomasville in a single afternoon on Monday.
The Hornets won 9-0 and 9-0 in an unusual doubleheader with the Bulldogs. The teams used pro-set scoring (first to win eight games) rather than playing two sets.
The Hornets (9-0, 7-0) breezed, with AJ Jarrell, Gray Davis, Bryant Davis, Reid Hlavacek, Soyer Cornelison and Bon Lawson getting the singles wins.
Jarrell/Gray Davis and Hlavacek/Cornelison won two doubles matches. Bryant Davis/Jashaun Epps and Lawson/Farah Hassan won matches at No. 3 doubles.
