LANDIS — South Rowan won 4-1 against East Rowan in South Piedmont Conference soccer on Friday.

East (5-10, 2-6) led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Kailin Bomely, but the Raiders took control in the second half.

South (7-4, 6-3)  got two goals from Ava Schleyer (2). Brooke Oehler and Sophie Steedley scored one.

Assists were by Cailynn Withers (2) and Margo Maples.

Maples had 3 saves.

South hosts Carson on Tuesday, while the Mustangs are at home against Concord.
