• A larceny occurred in the 200 block of North Long Street between 11:39 a.m. on April 3 and 9 a.m. on April 12. The total estimated loss was $300.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 200 block of North Main Street at 12:31 p.m. on April 12.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 1:31 p.m. on April 12. The total estimated loss was $49.
• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1400 block of West Bank Street between 8 p.m. on April 11 and 2:36 p.m. on April 12.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 100 block of Rowan Mill Road at 3 p.m. on April 12.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 200 block of North Lee Street at 8:33 p.m. on April 12.
• An assault occurred in the 1000 block of Larson Drive at 2:16 p.m. on April 13.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of West D Avenue between 7 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. on April 13.
• A DWI occurred in the 500 block of South Clay Street at 9:45 a.m. on April 13.
• A larceny occurred in the 1800 block of West Innes Street at 2:10 p.m. on April 13. The total estimated loss was $51.
• Credit card fraud occurred in the 300 block of South Merritt Avenue between 10 a.m. on March 31 and 2 p.m. on April 13. The total estimated loss was $500.
• Discharging of a firearm occurred in the 200 block of Carolina Boulevard at 8:20 p.m. on April 13.
• Discharging of a firearm occurred in the 800 block of Carpenters Circle at 11:30 p.m. on April 13.
• Shooting into occupied property occurred in the 1500 block of Old Wilkesboro Road at 1:28 a.m. on April 14.
• An assault with hands, feet or fist occurred in the 400 block of Best Street between 3:40 a.m. and 4 a.m. on April 14.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 1000 block of North Jackson Street between 9 p.m. on April 13 and 11 a.m. on April 14. The total estimated loss was $2,750.
• Shooting into occupied property occurred in the 800 block of Carpenters Circle at 11:25 p.m. on April 14.
• Shooting into occupied property occurred in the 1800 block of Mooresville Road between 3:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. on April 14.
• An assault occurred in the 2200 block of Woodleaf Road between 6 p.m. and 6:21 p.m. on April 14.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7:47 p.m. on April 14. The total estimated loss was $31.
• Eduardo Hernandez Flores, 40, was charged with misdemeanor impaired driving on April 12.
• Wendy Lynn Shutt, 40, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on April 13.
• Ernesto Castaneda Pichardo, 24, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on April 14.
• Yurbin Edison Mendoza Anariba, 42, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age on April 14.

• Shoplifting occurred in the 1600 block of Heilig Road at 8:30 a.m. on April 12. The total estimated loss was $100.
• A larceny from a building occurred in the 2500 block of Lower Stone Church Road between 3 p.m. on April 10 and 9:30 a.m. on April 12. The total estimated loss was $400.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 500 block of Autumnlight Drive between 4:30 p.m. on April 10 and 8:30 a.m. on April 11. It was reported on April 12. The total estimated loss was $1,100.
• Fraud by identity theft occurred in the 300 block of Crawford Drive at 4:40 p.m. on April 12.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 200 block of Thomas Street at 12:40 p.m. on April 12.
• Credit card fraud occurred in the 100 block of Jay Avenue between 6:08 p.m. on Feb. 4 and 6:08 p.m. on March 12. It was reported on April 12. The total estimated loss was $915.
• A burglary by forcible entry occurred at Diesel Leak Lane between noon and 3:28 p.m. on April 12. It was reported on April 13.
• Bradley Lewis Swaringen, 53, was charged with violating a domestic violence order on April 12.
• Keelee Mariah Goodman, 22, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on April 13.
• Aavione Lasha Reid, 25, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on April 13.
