In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A report of a drug law violation occurred in the 300 block of Bendix Drive at 6:52 a.m. on April 30.
- Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 700 block of East Innes Street at 1:50 p.m. on April 30.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 1:50 p.m. on April 30. The total estimated loss was $83.
- Credit card fraud occurred in the 1400 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 3:30 p.m. on April 30. The total estimated loss was $5.
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 400 block of Morlan Park Road between 8 a.m. on April 8 and 4:30 p.m. on April 30. The total estimated loss was $20.
- Demetri Christopher Caldwell, 32, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on April 30.
- Andre Gerode McDowell, 41, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on April 30.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana occurred at Old Wilkesboro Road at 6:33 p.m. on April 29.
- Vandalism occurred at Old Beatty Ford Road between 3:30 p.m. on April 27 and 8:30 a.m. on April 29.
- Vandalism occurred at Crescent Road between 10 a.m. on April 25 and 10:15 a.m. on April 29.
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at N.C. Highway 801 between 6 p.m. on April 24 and 11 a.m. on April 29.
- Possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia occurred at Coley Road at 12:05 p.m. on April 29.
- A burglary by forcible entry occurred at Chenault Road between 10 a.m. and 12:36 p.m. on April 29.
- Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive at 1:17 p.m. on April 29.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred at Woodleaf Barber Road at 4:47 p.m. on April 29.
- Daryle Richard Battle, 54, was charged with felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun on April 29.
- Areyon Saniya Wright, 19, was charged with felony common law robbery, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 29.
- Maxwell Pride Wall, 25, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses, felony financial card theft and felony identity theft on April 29.
- Erica Marie Moser, 40, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a government official and misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 29.
- Tommy Emilio Torres-Flores, 19, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute and possession of marijuana with drug paraphernalia on April 29.
- Tre Raven Garrison, 20, was charged with misdemeanor failure to stop for sirens, misdemeanor driving without an operator’s license, misdemeanor speeding over the state limit and misdemeanor displaying an expired registration plate on April 29.
- Terrell Antonio Jordan, 33, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct on April 29.
