In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A burglary occurred in the 300 block of Mahaley Avenue between 9:30 p.m. on May 9 and 1:30 a.m. on May 10. The total estimated loss was $450.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1100 block of Celebration Drive between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on May 10.
  • Credit card fraud occurred in the 500 block of Lakewood Drive between 10 a.m. on Feb. 22 and 10 a.m. on May 10. The total estimated loss was $130.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 2:50 p.m. on May 10. The total estimated loss was $57.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1500 block of Julian Road at 6:01 p.m. on May 10.
  • Possession of marijuana occurred in the 1300 block of West Horah Street at 7 p.m. on May 10.
  • Possession of marijuana occurred in the 300 block of Grim Street at 8:40 p.m. on May 10.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1300 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South between 6:16 a.m. and 10 a.m. on May 11.
  • A burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 200 block of East Fisher Street at 11:33 a.m. on May 11.
  • An assault occurred in the 200 block of South West Street at 7:45 p.m. on May 11.
  • A larceny occurred in the 400 block of Park Avenue between 4:20 p.m. on May 4 and 8:24 p.m. on May 11. The total estimated loss was $10.
  • A larceny occurred in the 400 block of Park Avenue between 4:28 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. on May 11. The total estimated loss was $400.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 800 block of East Innes Street at 8:35 p.m. on May 12.
  • An assault occurred in the 600 block of West Kerr Street at 9:50 p.m. on May 12.

  • A burglary by forcible entry and vandalism occurred in the 600 block of Campbell Road between 7 p.m. on May 8 and 6:55 a.m. on May 9.
  • A sex offender registry violation occurred at West Cemetery Street between 10:27 a.m. on April 24 and 10:27 a.m. on May 9.
  • A sale of a dangerous drug occurred at Ed Deal Road at 4:30 p.m. on May 9.
  • A larceny occurred at Chenault Road between 3:45 p.m. on April 9 and 3 p.m. on May 7. It was reported on May 9.
  • Fraud by identity theft occurred in the 17300 block of Dooley Road between midnight on Jan. 23 and midnight on Jan. 26. It was reported on May 9.
  • A larceny from a building, vandalism and theft of a motor vehicle occurred at Vineyard Drive at 2:30 a.m. on May 10.
  • Forgery occurred in the 200 block of Cherokee Lane between noon on April 26 and 9 a.m. on May 8. It was reported on May 10. The total estimated loss was $3,730.
  • Fraud by identity theft occurred in the 3800 block of Cauble Road at 9 a.m. on May 10.
  • A larceny occurred in the 2100 block of Saw Road between 1 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. on May 10. The total estimated loss was $1,170.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred at Old Beatty Ford Road between 9 a.m. on May 10 and 7:15 a.m. on May 11.
  • A larceny occurred at Saw Road between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. on April 30. It was reported on May 11.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at Chapel Court between 6:30 p.m. on May 8 and 9:30 a.m. on May 11.
  • Edward Antiona Morrow, 45, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance on May 9.
  • Michael Todd Fink, 59, was charged with misdemeanor littering between 15 and 500 pounds on May 10.
  • Roscoe Travis Petty, 43, was charged with felony failure to report online identifiers on May 10.
  • Taylor Leanne Miller, 33, was charged with felony possession of heroin, felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 10.
  • Belinda Ann Cox, 49, was charged with misdemeanor driving while impaired on May 11.
  • Sanchez Jovana Nieto, 23, was charged with a misdemeanor county noise ordinance violation on May 11.
