• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 1100 block of South Fulton Street between noon on June 3 and noon on June 16. It was reported on June 17.
• Discharging of a firearm occurred in the 1700 block of North Lee Street at 5:20 p.m. on June 17.
• Efrem Pernell Gaither, 61, was charged with a misdemeanor city ordinance violation on June 17.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A 50B, or domestic violence, violation occurred at Hill Road at 1:45 p.m. on June 16.
• An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred at Four Lakes Drive at 11:20 p.m. on June 16.
