In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 12:18 p.m. on June 18 and 10:05 a.m. on June 19.
• Katie Alexandra Kerr, 32, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and battery or affray on June 19.
• Lewis Howard Hughes, 36, was charged with simple assault and battery or affray on June 19.
• Dustin Eric Cauthen, 34, was charged with simple assault and battery or affray on June 19.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A sex offender registry violation occurred at North Main Street between 8 a.m. on June 11 and 1:49 p.m. on June 18.
• A sex offender registry violation occurred at Partee Street at 4:45 p.m. on June 18.
• A larceny occurred at Henderson Grove Church Road at 4 p.m. on June 15. It was reported on June 18.
• Andrew Joseph Ketchie, 33, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I controlled substance on June 18.
• Anthony Demetrius Culbertson-Barger, 35, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor injury to real property on June 18.
• Chad Steven Brown, 38, was charged with misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked on June 18.
• Jeremy Dion Frazier, 38, was charged with felony failure to notify of a change of address as a sex offender and three counts of felony failure to register as a sex offender on June 18.
• Jeffery Warren Reed Jr., 30, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on June 18.
