In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • Fraud occurred in the 1900 block of Mooresville Road between 8 a.m. on June 6 and 8 a.m. on June 18. It was reported on June 24. The total estimated loss was $3,700.
  • An assault occurred in the 1500 block of Bringle Ferry Road at 7 p.m. on June 23. It was reported on June 24.
  • An attempted larceny occurred in the 400 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South between 1:13 a.m. on June 19 and 2:28 p.m. on June 24.
  • Shooting into occupied property occurred in the 1400 block of Tilman Street at 12:05 a.m. on June 25.
  • Miquan Moses Mack, 37, was charged with felony assault by strangulation on June 26.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • Vandalism occurred at Deer Lake Run between 11:59 p.m. on June 22 and 8:33 a.m. on June 23.
  • A larceny from a building occurred at Kings Terrace between 8 a.m. on June 21 and 9 a.m. on June 23.
  • Tiffany Lynn Smith, 35, was charged with felony possessing stolen goods on June 23.
  • Chad Steven Brown, 38, was charged with felony possessing stolen goods on June 23.
  • Anthony Wayne Givens, 44, was charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance on June 23.
  • Georgia Lee Bellamy, 38, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor child abuse on June 23.
