In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • Discharging of a firearm occurred in the 300 block of West Thomas Street at 1 a.m. on June 28.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 2300 block of Statesville Boulevard between 7 p.m. on June 27 and 5:40 a.m. on June 28.
  • A robbery with a firearm occurred in the 900 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 7:01 a.m. on June 28. The total estimated loss was $500.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of Carolina Boulevard between 4:13 a.m. and 8 a.m. on June 28.
  • An attempted theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1000 block of Colby Circle between 2 p.m. on June 26 and 2:10 p.m. on June 28.
  • An assault occurred in the 100 block of Clancy Street at 4:10 p.m. on June 28.
  • A robbery with a firearm occurred in the 200 block of Billie Hope Drive between 3 a.m. and 5 p.m. on June 28. The total estimated loss was $750.
  • A larceny occurred in the 200 block of Cedar Springs Road at 6:25 p.m. on June 28.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 8:45 p.m. on June 28. The total estimated loss was $45.
  • Attempted tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of North Arlington Street between 8 p.m. and 9:10 p.m. on June 28.
  • An assault on a police officer occurred in the 100 block of West Liberty Street at 12:10 a.m. on June 29. Major Justin Crews said that a man who was arrested spit in an officer’s face while in the police department building lobby.
  • Trespassing occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 11:37 a.m. on June 21. It was reported on June 29.
  • A larceny occurred in the 300 block of Maupin Road between 1:38 p.m. and 2 p.m. on June 24. It was reported on June 29. The total estimated loss was $600.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 1:25 p.m. on June 29. The total estimated loss was $15.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 400 block of Gold Hill Drive at midnight on June 30.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 900 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 11:10 a.m. on June 30.
  • A larceny occurred in the 200 block of East Horah Street between 8 a.m. on June 23 and 8 a.m. on June 30. The total estimated loss was $300.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1900 block of Mooresville Road at 12:41 p.m. of June 30.
  • Credit card fraud occurred in the 600 block of Statesville Boulevard between 2 p.m. on June 29 and 2:20 p.m. on June 30.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road at 6:25 p.m. on June 30. The total estimated loss was $1,021.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 500 block of East Innes Street at 8:40 p.m. on June 30.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 1800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West between 4:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on June 30. The total estimated loss was $2,000, which police reports state was bowling equipment.
  • A larceny occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 11:03 a.m. on June 30. The total estimated loss was $53.
  • A larceny occurred in the 1600 block of Standish Street between 1:30 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. on July 1. The total estimated loss was $800.
  • Bianca Marie Gill, 37, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and battery or affray and misdemeanor injury to personal property on June 29.
  • Mackenzie Lashay Z. Jackson, 18, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering of a building on June 29.
  • Jayquan Kyon Hamilton, 28, was charged with misdemeanor restricting, obstructing or delaying a public officer; misdemeanor assault on a female; and felony breaking and entering of a building on June 29.
  • Shardai Capri Wiggins, 29, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on June 30.

  • Miscellaneous littering or trash dumping occurred in the 300 block of Virginia Avenue at 9:03 a.m. on June 27.
  • A 50b, or domestic violence, weapon seizure occurred at West Fisher Street at 10:16 a.m. on June 27.
  • Possession of drugs occurred at North Main Street at 5:03 p.m. on June 27.
  • A larceny from a building occurred in the 8000 block of Longbriar Drive between noon and 2 p.m. on June 26. It was reported on June 27.
  • An assault and vandalism occurred in the 1100 block of Peller Road between 3:57 p.m. and 4:57 p.m. on June 27.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 1400 block of Saw Road at 9:43 a.m. on June 28.
  • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Sherrills Ford Road at 1:10 p.m. on June 28.
  • Nekeesha Monique Elaine Jackson, 32, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three counts of misdemeanor child abuse on June 27.
  • Crystal Dawn Kyles, 44, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct disturbing the peach on June 27.
  • Alonzo Ivery Gibson Jr., 49, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle on June 27.
  • Ricky Lee Hamilton III, 22, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on June 27.
  • Christopher Jevaan Parris, 24, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on June 27.
  • Sabrina Necole Black, 37, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on June 27.
