In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • An assault occurred in the 200 block of Bendix Drive at 12:50 a.m. on July 11.
  • Possession of drugs occurred in the 100 block of South McCoy Road between 9 a.m. and 11:34 a.m. on July 11.
  • A larceny occurred in the 800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West at 12:10 p.m. on July 11.
  • Roger Barrancos-Gutierrez, 39, was charged with a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female on July 11.
  • Urriah Javaugh Jones, 31, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on July 11.
  • Dadrian Lamar Feaster, 32, was charged with felony possessing stolen goods on July 11.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • Miscellaneous littering or trash dumping occurred at Cannon Farm Road at 3:19 p.m. on July 10.
  • A theft of a truck occurred at Truck Avenue between 4 a.m. on June 19 and 10 a.m. on July 10.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred at Knoll View Drive between 3 p.m. on July 9 and 10 a.m. on July 10.
  • Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred at Garrick Road between noon on July 8 and 1 p.m. on July 10.
  • A burglary by unlawful entry occurred at Bringle Ferry Road between 8 a.m. on July 3 and 11 p.m. on July 7. It was reported on July 10.
  • Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive between 5 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on July 10.
  • A larceny occurred at Cannon Farm Road at 9:30 p.m. on July 9. It was reported on July 10.
  • Brandon Lee Phillips, 29, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance on July 10.
  • Cassie McRea, 28, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of up to 0.5 ounces of a schedule VI controlled substance on July 10.
  • Jakob David Mullins, 20, was charged with misdemeanor harassing phone calls on July 10.
  • Kelly Pennington, 47, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 10.
  • Wanda Kay Pennington, 72, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 10.
  • Wallace Lee Morris, 47, was charged with misdemeanor concealing a weapon from an officer on July 10.
