Salisbury Police reports:

• A larceny from Food Lion reportedly occurred between 9:15 a.m. June 22 and 4:05 p.m. July 16 with a total estimated loss of $3,000. The theft was reported Aug. 2.

• A larceny in the 1000 block of East Lafayette Street reportedly occurred between 11 a.m. July 29 and 11:23 a.m. Aug. 2. Total estimated loss was $100.

• A larceny from Ulta on Klumac Road reportedly occurred just before 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 1 with a total estimated loss of $2,323.

• A theft from a motor vehicle on Carolina Boulevard reportedly occurred between 9:45 a.m. Aug. 1 and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2.

• A larceny from Dollar General Store on Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred just after 5:30 p.m. Aug. 2. Total estimated loss was $150.

• Larceny from a motor vehicle on South Fulton Street reportedly occurred between 11 p.m. Aug. 2 and 9 a.m. Aug. 3. Total estimated loss was $120.

• A car was reportedly stolen from a property on Claymont Drive sometime between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 2 and 10 a.m. Aug. 3.

• Vandalism resulting in property damage on South Clay Street reportedly occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 2 and 12:40 p.m. Aug. 3.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Dogwood Lane reportedly occurred between 2 and 9:24 a.m. Aug. 4. Total estimated loss was $303.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Gates Street reportedly occurred between 5 and 5:18 a.m. Aug. 5. Total estimated loss was $30.

• Candace Blair Kirkley, 38, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with being intoxicated and disruptive.

• Dominique Lamar Simmons, 32, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with injury to personal property.

• Dustin Eric Cauthen, 34, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with assault by strangulation and breaking and entering a building.

• Josie Arianne Dyer, 29, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Jerry Lane Harwood Jr., 35, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with resist, obstruct or delay of an officer and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

• Jonathan Cory Yarborough, 38, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance up to 1/2 ounce, and misdemeanor child abuse.

• Anthony Blake McCubbins, 33, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor child abuse.

• Garry Wayne Leazer, 61, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with resist, obstruct or delay of an officer.

• Jose Angel Flores-Velez III, 24, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with attempted first-degree larceny.

• Shawn Ryan Restivo, 28, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with attempted first-degree larceny.

• Brandon Tyler Fredell, unknown age, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with first-degree larceny.

• Kellen Jamall Robeson, 37, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with resisting a public officer and assault on a government official.

• Richard Kasey Webb, 35, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with buying or receiving stolen property.
