Salisbury Police reports

• Theft from a motor vehicle on Gates Street reportedly occurred between 5 and 5:18 a.m. Aug. 5. Total estimated loss was $30.

• Josie Arianne Dyer, 29, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

• Tyquan Kadeem Smith, 24, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• An attempted theft of a car from Random Drive reportedly occurred between 8:30 p.m. Aug. 2 and 8:40 a.m. Aug. 3.

• A forcible entry into a property on Cabin Creek Road, Mooresville, reportedly occurred between noon July 30 and 7:41 a.m. Aug. 3.

• A larceny from a property on Woodleaf Barber Road in Woodleaf reportedly occurred between noon May 10 and noon Aug. 3.

• Vandalism resulting in property damage at a home on Fisher Drive, Rockwell reportedly occurred between 5:30 and 5:36 p.m. Aug. 3.

• A larceny from a property on Performance Road, Mooresville, reportedly occurred between 4 p.m. Aug. 2 and 5:03 p.m. Aug 4.

• Bobby Raynard Johnson, 64, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with two counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of up to 1/2 ounce marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator’s license.

• Anthony Nicholas Zacarolo, 44, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.

• Daquan Tydrell Tillman, 29, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with assault by strangulation, assault on a female and crime of domestic violence.
