Salisbury Police reports

• Property damage from a hit and run on West Jake Alexander Boulevard reportedly occurred about 8:06 a.m. Sept. 6.

• Larceny from a motor vehicle on East Innes Street reportedly occurred between 4 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 6. Total estimated loss was $301.

• A larceny from a property on South Arlington Street reportedly occurred between 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23 and 2:40 p.m. Sept. 6. Total estimated loss was $199.

• A larceny from a property on West Jake Alexander Boulevard reportedly occurred between 1:25 and 3 p.m. Sept. 6. Total estimated loss was $800.

• Larceny from a motor vehicle on West Cemetery Street reportedly occurred about 2:10 p.m. Sept. 7. Total estimated loss was $130.

• A car was stolen from a property on Roberts Street between 2:30 and 4:55 a.m. Sept. 7. The vehicle was reportedly wrecked and recovered.

• Larceny from a property on Laurel Pointe Circle reportedly occurred at 9:44 a.m. Sept. 7. Total estimated loss was $400.

• A hit and run causing personal injury on South Jake Alexander Boulevard reportedly occurred at 10:20 a.m. Sept. 7. The victim sustained minor injuries.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Sarah Ellen Lane reportedly occurred about 8 p.m. Sept. 6.

• A motor vehicle on Woodleaf Road was reportedly tampered with sometime between 4:40 and 5:52 a.m. Sept. 8.

• Theft of an automobile from Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred between 5:07 and 6:31 a.m. Sept. 8.

• Property damage from a hit and run on West Jake Alexander Boulevard reportedly occurred at 11:18 a.m. Sept. 8.

• A motor vehicle was reportedly stolen from a property on Emerson Lane about 10:15 p.m. Sept. 8.

• An incident of breaking and entering a motor vehicle on East Franklin Street reportedly occurred about 1:19 a.m. Sept. 9.

• A larceny from a property on West Innes Street reportedly occurred about 2 a.m. Sept. 9. Total estimated loss was about $70.

• James Marvin Locklear, 62, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Brandon Casey Shook, 41, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with misdemeanor assault on a child/minor

• Richard James Crouse, 57, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

• Christy Byrd, 52, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Hayden Dale Bratten, 20, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with breaking and entering of vehicles.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A burglary on Millbridge Road, China Grove reportedly occurred between midnight and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 7.

• An assault resulting in property damage on John Morgan Road, Gold Hill reportedly occurred about 1:15 p.m. Sept. 7.

• A burglary on South U.S. Hwy 29 in China Grove reportedly occurred about 9:20 p.m. Sept. 7.

• Nancy Amanda Deal, 54, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged wit felony flee to elude, driving with a license revoked, expired inspection, obstructed tag, providing fictional information to an officer, resist/obstruct/delay of a public officer, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to stop at a stop light. She was held on a $75,000 secured bond.

• Nazir Cartell Lowe, 19, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute, felony possession of schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed gun. He was held on a $50,000 secured bond.

• Vincent Price Jr. 37, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with communicating threats.

• Joseph Scott Parham, Jr., 25, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon or assault inflicting serious injury. He was held on a $10,000 bond.

• Robert Maurice Singletary, 33, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with simple assault.

• Ronald Charles Riley, 81, and Lisa A. Riley, 47, were both arrested Sept. 6 and each charged with three counts of cruelty to animals.

• John Pressley Henderson Jr. 27, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with felony flee to elude.

• David Lee Thomas, 64, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.
