The J.C. Price High School Alumni Association resumes its destination fall regional meeting, which reflect its direction of experiencing new venues, while furthering the purpose of our organization. The group started back in 2009 with the fun in the sun of Orlando, Florida, and since that time, has explored Charleston, South Carolina; Memphis, Tennessee; St. Louis, Missouri; and Savannah, Georgia.

The 2024 fall regional meeting will be an exciting and educational event as the group travels to the historical city of St. Augustine, Florida, which, founded in 1565, is America’s oldest city.

St. Augustine has a rich African American heritage, featuring the Lincolnville Museum and Culture Center whose mission is to preserve, promote and perpetuate over 450 years of the African American story through the arts, educational program, lectures, live performance and exhibits.

St. Augustine is filled with many tourist attractions, including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, a historic fortress that stands as a symbol of the early Spanish colonial presence in North American; and historic St. George Street which is considered the heart of the city for visitors to find historic attractions.
