Salisbury Police reports

• A larceny on Freeland Drive reportedly occurred between 4:39 and 5 p.m. Nov. 5

• Neill Edward Billman, 58, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with concealment of merchandise and obtaining property by false pretenses.

• Debra Yvonne Walls, 56, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with misdemeanor simple assault and battery or affray.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A report of shots fired into an occupied property on Montana Drive, Kannapolis came in at 3:20 p.m. Nov. 3. No injuries were reported.

• A previously stolen vehicle was recovered on Crescent Road, Rockwell between 7:39 and 7:50 p.m. Nov. 4.

• Donzal Jerome Holland, 49, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

• Paul Matthew Carter, 44, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jowon Marquez Lasane, 28, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of stolen goods, two counts of possession of schedule II controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist/obstruct/delay of an officer.

• Tony Michael Brock Jr., 37, was arrested Nov. 4  and charged with prohibited possession of a weapon by a felon. 

• Trey William Sloop, 24, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with public health violation.

• Wade Lane Davidson, 64, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with felony possession of marijuana.

• Meredith Blythe Williams, 50, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule ICV controlled substance, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance and failure to appear.
