Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A report of property damage from vandalism on Shue Road reportedly occurred between midnight Nov. 18 and 8:03 a.m. Nov. 21.

• A burglary with property damage on North Main Street, China Grove reportedly occurred between midnight Nov. 10 and 9:23 a.m. Nov. 21,

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on U.S. Hwy. 52 reportedly occurred between 12:01 and 12:30 a.m. Nov. 23.

• Property damage due to shots fired into a building on Bringle Ferry Road reportedly occurred about 3:30 p.m. Nov. 23. No one was injured and the shots reportedly came from juveniles engaging in target practice.

• Donetta Lynn Everhart, 20, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with driving while license revoked, operating a motor vehicle without registration, fictitious tag/license plate, and no insurance.

• Claymore Christopher Jones II, 32, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with common law robbery and resisting a public officer.

• Kavin T. Howard Jr., 33, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with assault inflicting serious injury.

• Savannah Ann Clarke, 38, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with two counts of misdemeanor child abuse and simple assault.

• Franklin David Turnmire, 49, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with simple assault.

Salisbury Police reports

• An attempted burglary on Standish Street was reported at about 10 a.m. Nov. 22.

• A larceny on Jake Alexander Boulevard West reportedly occurred between 7 and 8:30 p.m. Nov. 21. Total estimated loss was $900.

• A report of discharging a firearm on West Horah Street came in at 11:02 p.m. Nov. 22. No injuries reported.

• Vandalism at a property on North Ellis Street reportedly occurred between 10:30 p.m. Nov. 22 and 8:20 a.m. Nov. 23.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Jake Alexander Boulevard West occurred between 9 and 10:50 a.m. Nov. 23.

• A larceny of automobile accessories from North Fulton Street reportedly occurred between 12:59 a.m. Nov. 18 and 2:59 p.m. Nov. 23. Total estimated loss was $100.

• An assault on Parrish Street reportedly occurred about 1 p.m. Nov. 24.

• A report of shots fired into an occupied property on West Horah Street came in at 2:37 p.m. Nov. 24.

• Athan Grant Gill, 20, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

• Shaina Monet Newton, 36, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with 11 counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

• Antonio Sanbiago Chisholm, 34, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Connie Lynn Looper, 47, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Guillermo Garzon Chavez, 49, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with misdemeanor impaired driving.

• Christopher Brent Miller, 39, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
