Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Donzell Tyron Oakley, 34, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with reckless driving, reckless driving to endanger, speeding, assault by strangulation and felony flee to elude.

• Jesus Esteban Bonilla, 42, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with assault on a female.

• Millisa Gene Sierawski, 45, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with harassing telephone calls.

Salisbury Police reports

• Property damage from a hit and run on West Harrison Street reportedly occurred between 9 a.m Nov. 24 and 6:15 a.m. Nov. 25.

• Karena Quincanya Rankin, 26, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.

• Tiquon Jamel Summers, 31, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.

• Carlos Humberto Espinoza Serrano, 44, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with identity theft.

• Dominique Markeise Cook, 24, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and possession of stolen goods.
