The Catawba College women’s cross-country team competed recently in the D-II National Championship at Sacramento, California. Catawba finished the 6K championship as the 21^st best team in the nation on a soggy but warm morning. The Catawba team made their third straight national finals appearance. Catawba head coach Jason Bryan said, “Very proud of this team to come back this year and finish with another top 25 performance. The conditions were tough, and we handled it better than some other teams. Always a blessing to line up on the line at an NCAA Championship!”
