In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 300 block of South Main Street at 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Child abuse occurred in the 800 block of South Church Street at 5:49 a.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Brenner Avenue at 7:12 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 300 block of Faith Road at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1200 block of West Monroe Street at 5:28 p.m. on Dec. 5.
  • Randall Willard, 45, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on Dec. 5.
  • James Michael Gallimore, 35, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, misdemeanor larceny and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on Dec. 5.
  • Samantha Kaylan Gallimore, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on Dec. 5.
  • Issac Aaron Bowden, 32, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting on Dec. 5.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred at Safrit Road between 2:30 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. on Dec. 3.
  • A larceny from a coin-operated device and vandalism occurred at East N.C. Highway 152 between 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 30 and 11:12 a.m. on Dec. 3.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred at West Liberty Street at 6:26 p.m. on Dec. 3.
  • Possession of marijuana and possession or concealment of drug paraphernalia occurred at the intersection of Yorkshire Farms Drive and Mooresville Road at 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 3.
  • A sheriff’s office vehicle was involved in a traffic accident at the intersection of Julian Road and Klumac Road at 5:11 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Walter Corriher Road between 2 p.m. on Oct. 4 and 3:03 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at Harmony Lane between 11 p.m. on Nov. 25 and 6 p.m. on Dec. 2. It was reported on Dec. 4.
  • Vandalism occurred at Double Impact Drive at 5:11 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive at 6 p.m. on Dec. 4.
  • Jack Clifton Davis, 48, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor harassing phone calls and misdemeanor stalking on Dec. 3.
  • Diovany Philistin, 45, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on Dec. 3.
  • Edward Lee Coughenour, 57, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on Dec. 3.
  • Kevin Andra Rankin, 61, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor communicating threats on Dec. 4.
  • Charles Stanley Jackson Jr., 27, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor child abuse on Dec. 4.
  • Holden Everett O’brien, 33, was charged with misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked on Dec. 4.
