Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A larceny on Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred between 8 p.m. Dec. 15 and 11:23 a.m. Dec. 16.

• An assault involving a fight between two people at the truck stop on Peeler Road reportedly occurred about noon on Nov. 21 and was reported Dec. 16.

• A theft of a motor vehicle from Barbour Street reportedly occurred about 3 p.m. Dec. 16.

• Daniel Monroe Flowers, 47, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged as a fugitive from justice.

• Hunter Gray Koontz, 33, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged as a habitual felon.

• Christopher Allen Hurlocker, 37, was arrested Dec, 16 and charged with assault on a female and injury to personal property.

Salisbury Police reports

• Vandalism to property on South Jackson Street reportedly occurred between midnight and 7 a.m. Dec. 17.

• A larceny on North Church Street reportedly occurred about 6:20 p.m. Dec. 17.

• A larceny from property on Pearl Street reportedly occurred at 4:31 p.m. Dec. 17.

• A larceny from a property on East Innes Street reportedly occurred about 5:45 p.m. Dec. 14 and was reported Dec. 17.

• Bryson Preston-lydell Rankin, 28, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.
