Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports
• An assault on South Main Street reportedly occurred at 9:36 a.m. Dec. 22.
• A larceny from a property on Old Beatty Ford Road, Gold Hill reportedly occurred between 4 pm. Dec. 13 and 2 p.m. Dec. 15, and was reported Dec. 22.
• Property damage of a vehicle due to vandalism on Seth Murdoch Road reportedly occurred between 12:20 and 1:58 p.m. Dec. 24.
• A larceny at a property on Cedar Valley Drive reportedly occurred between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 21, and was reported Dec. 24.
• A burglary on Godbey Road, Woodleaf reportedly occurred between noon Dec. 24 and 5:30 a.m. Dec. 25.
• A theft of a recreational vehicle from a property on Shores Acres Road reportedly occurred between 8 p.m. Dec. 23 and 8 a.m. Dec. 24.
• Ronald Wayne Brown, 55, was arrested Dec. 22 and charged with trespassing.
• Roman Fred Zabinksi, 58, was arrested Dec. 22 and charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of first degree trespassing, safecracking and two counts of conspiracy.
• Sarah Faye Waddell, 35, was arrested Dec. 22 and charged with fugitive from justice and possession of a controlled substance on a penal institution premises.
• Bethany Michelle Privett, 21, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with taking/obtaining a financial transaction card, possession of stolen goods and credit card fraud.
• Francisco Caputo-Then, 39, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with violation of the domestic violence act.
• Ashanti Tajuan Steele, 22, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with communicating threats, simple assault and harassing phone calls.
• Anthony Blake, 34, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with resist/obstruct/delay of an officer.
• Jessica Nicole Williams, 31, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with resist/obstruct/delay of an officer and failure to appear.
• Javon Marques Jackson, 19, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
• Ronnie Leo Truman III, 35, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with second-degree trespassing.
• Devon Tyler Morrison, 27, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and trafficking in heroin or opium.

• A larceny on South Arlington Street reportedly occurred about 2:33 a.m. Dec. 15 and was reported Dec. 25.
• A larceny on South Arlington Street reported occurred about 9 p.m. Dec. 22 and was reported Dec. 25.
• Property damage from a hit and run on Faith Road at North Main Street reportedly occurred about 4:50 p.m. Dec. 25.
• Property damage from a hit and run on South Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue reportedly occurred between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 25 and 7:50 a.m. Dec. 26.
• Property damage from a hit and run on West Horah Street reportedly occurred at 11:05 a.m. Dec. 26.
• Personal injury from a hit and run on South Fulton Street reportedly occurred at 12:10 p.m. Dec. 26.
• A larceny from Park Avenue reportedly occurred about 12:50 p.m. Dec. 26.
• Property damage at First Calvary Baptist Church on South Long Street occurred at 2:25 p.m. Dec. 26.
• A larceny from Claymont Drive reportedly occurred between midnight Dec. 20 and 8 a.m. Dec. 25, and was reported Dec. 26.
• A larceny from South Arlington Street occurred between 6 and 6:20 p.m. Dec. 26.
• Tkeyah Margine Shaver, 31, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• Devlyn Issac, 20, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with felony larceny and warrant service.
• Steven Thomas Lewandowski, 32, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with communicating threats.
