Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Aldeen Hiawatha Jackson, 36, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with failure to yield for law, fire, rescue or ambulance vehicle, speeding, reckless driving to endanger, and having a fictitious tag/license plate.

• Terry Adam Redish, 46, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and fraudulent use of credit card.

• Romello Christopher Ford, 28, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with possession of a weapon of mass destruction and violation of a court order.

• Valerie Alexis Franklin, 28, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with resist/obstruct or delay an officer, disorderly conduct and failure to appear.

• Aaron Darius Holtzclaw, 40, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with assault on a female.

Salisbury Police reports

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Jake Alexander Boulevard South reportedly occurred between 3:56 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 7.

• A theft of a motor vehicle from Crane Creek Road reportedly occurred between 5 p.m. Jan. 6 and 10:29 a.m. Jan. 7.

• A motor vehicle was reportedly tampered with on East Franklin Street between 7:30 p.m. Jan. 6 and 10:44 a.m. Jan. 7.

• A larceny from Ryan Street reportedly occurred between 5:10and 5:21 p.m. Jan. 7.

• Jose Antonio Gonzalez, 28, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor possession of an open container of alcohol in the passenger area of a vehicle.

• Christopher Jacob Arquette, 23, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing.
