The statewide publication Business North Carolina has released its peer-elected 24th annual Legal Elite list and this year it honored five Salisbury attorneys.

Since 2002, Business North Carolina has sent ballot notices to all licensed North Carolina attorneys and asked them who of their peers they would rate among the very best in certain practice areas. Attorneys are not allowed to vote for themselves or only attorneys within their firm.

The Salisbury attorneys honored this year — with their noted category — are James A. Davis (criminal law) of the Davis & Davis firm; Mark P. Doby (litigation) of Wallace & Graham, PA; Jennifer Flynn (real estate) of the Carter Law Group; Olivia Smith (young guns) of Wallace & Graham, PA; and Mona Lisa Wallace (environmental law) of Wallace & Graham, PA.
