The Wright stuff: F&M Bank welcomes talent development officer, VP

SALISBURY — F&M Bank recently announced the addition of Crystal Wright as talent development officer, vice president.
In that role, Wright will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing both internal and external learning programs that align with F&M Bank’s professional development goals and F&M University’s strategic objectives.
As the talent development officer, Wright will report directly to F&M Bank Chairman and CEO Steve Fisher. In her new role, Wright will actively support all areas of the Bank, helping to create a pathway for career growth and professional development at F&M Bank.
“I look forward to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development at F&M Bank,” said Wright. “And I’m excited to cultivate career growth within our organization.”
Wright brings 23 years of experience in the financial industry to F&M Bank, having served in various roles, including market operations manager, customer service manager and most recently, financial center manager III/VP.
“Throughout her career, Crystal has focused on coaching and developing employees, leading teams to achieve outstanding results in fast-paced environments,” Fisher said. “Her proven track record in team development and her commitment to creating a supportive learning environment will be invaluable to our organization.”
