Salisbury Police reports

An assault on East Innes Street reportedly occurred about 1:10 p.m. Jan. 21.

An incident of tampering with a motor vehicle on Pinewood Avenue reportedly occurred about 10:10 pm. Jan. 21.

John Michael Sheehan, 43, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.

Darrell Eugene McCleave, 43, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and order to show cause.

Henry Franklin Baker, 41, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

Walter Ronald Pruitt, 72, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

Christopher Wade McDaniel, 46, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with felony larceny.
