Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Mt. Hope Church Road reportedly occurred between noon Oct. 20 and 8 p.m. Jan. 21 and was reported Jan. 22.

• A larceny from Amberlight Circle reportedly occurred between 6:53 and 7:30 p.m. Jan. 17 and was reported Jan. 22.

• A larceny from Lakeshore Drive reportedly occurred between 2:02 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. Jan. 22.

• Jesse Oliver Rowe, 38, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of 1/2 to 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed gun, possession of schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon and assault on a female.

• Sarah Lynn Harwood, 37, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia,

• Brittney Lynne Pacini, 31, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

• Charles Jeffrey Clowney Jr., 31, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule Ii controlled substance.

• Devyn Nicholas Hardy, 26, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with felony larceny and injury to property in attempt to collect non-ferrous metals.

Salisbury Police reports

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on South Caldwell Street reportedly occurred between 6:45 p.m. Jan. 22 and 6:45 a.m. Jan. 23. Total estimated loss was $608.

• A robbery on East Innes Street reportedly occurred at 12:15 p.m. Jan. 23 and was reported Jan. 24. Total estimated loss was $326.

• Keron Marios Hernandez, 42, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with felony exhibits/presents/rents obscene literature.

• Christy Marie Blankenship, 46, was arrested Jan. 23 on a warrant service class B, misdemeanor.
