Most state and local agencies will be closed for the Fourth of July holiday.

– All Rowan/Kannapolis liquor stores;
– Most state and federal offices;
– Most Rowan County offices;
– All Rowan County convenience/recycling center and the county landfill, all will reopen on Saturday;
– Most Salisbury city offices, garbage and recycling will be collected as usual;
– Kannapolis city offices, garbage pick up will be on regular schedule;
– China Grove offices, no impact on garbage schedule;
– Spencer town offices, no impact on garbage pickup;
– Faith town offices, no impact on garbage pickup;
– Granite Quarry town offices, no impact on garbage pickup;
– Landis town offices;
– Cleveland town offices, no impact on garbage pickup.
– Rockwell town offices closed Friday but garbage will be picked up.
– East Spencer town offices.
Other-
All county library branches will be closed Friday through Sunday.
