Tiger World opens Tuesday

ROCKWELL ó Tiger World is set to open Tuesday at the former Metrolina Zoo location.
The small zoo, which features 30 tigers, will open with a ribbon cutting around 9 a.m.
Tours will begin shortly thereafter.
Admittance is $10 per child and $12 per adult.
The zoo is located at 4400 Cook Road off N.C. 152.
Lea Jaunakais, vice presidents of a Rock Hill, S.C., company, Industrial Test Systems, bought the 21-acre park and has spent several months making improvements.
