A 19-year-old Salisbury man is dead after a single-car accident Saturday morning.
Clinton Roscoe Thompson’s car overturned on Julian Road near Old Concord Road at about 9 a.m., according to the N.C. Highway Patrol.
Thompson, of 908 Poole Road, was driving when his car crossed the center line.
When he jerked the car back into his lane, he ran off the road on the other side and hit a ditch, overturning.
Alcohol was not a factor in the accident, the Highway Patrol said.
