Lindsay Wootten is a May 10 cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She received a bachelor of arts degree with distinction in psychology.
A dean’s list student, Wootten was a member of Psi Chi honor society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She was also the recipient of the Laurels Academic Scholarship, served as a student ambassador, volunteered with Big Brother Big Sister and completed a year-long internship with Arts for Life.
She plans to pursue a graduate degree and work in health and wellness.
A 2004 graduate of South Rowan High School, she is the daughter of David and Penny Wootten.
