HRL Paddlers, the High Rock Lake canoe/kayak club, plans its first Salisbury meeting Wednesday in Rowan Public Library’s Hurley Room at 7 p.m.
Neal Conner, who helped start the club with Johnny and Cammy Wilkerson in October, said the group has about 40 members now and he expects to be up to 100 by the summer, and wouldn’t be surprised to have 200 join in.
