Daniel Thomas Cohen, 17, will receive his Eagle Scout Award today at Coburn United Methodist Church.
Cohen, a senior at West Rowan High School, is the son of Thomas Cohen and Sherri Agner.
Scoutmaster Al Wilson will make the presentation. Cohen is a member of Troop 448 and has earned 21 merit badges. He is historian for his troop.
He is vice president of the West Rowan FFA and will attend N.C. State in the fall to study mechanical engineering.
