Police Blotter Suspects sought after assault at local bar

An assault at a local bar left two men injured and police looking for eight suspects unknown to the victims, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
The assault occurred shortly after 2 a.m. April 18 at 612 S. Main St.
In other Police Department reports:
– Jennifer Lorrain Thomas, 28, was charged April 16 with breaking and entering a storage shed at 414 Park Ave.
– Vandals caused damage at several businesses April 17, including Promats, 1413 S. Main St.
– Ruth S. Rymer reported vandals broke the front passenger-side window in her vehicle while it was parked at 522 Gold Hill Drive the night of April 16.
– Van Johnny Helton, 1050 Sidney Drive, reported an April 17 unauthorized use of his motor vehicle.
– Geoffrey Eric Hill reported a burglary damaged the door while breaking into 302 American Drive April 17.
– A juvenile was charged April 16 with bringing a weapon to school at Knox Middle School, 1625 W. Park Road.
– Makisha Lynette Tucker reported an April 17 burglary at 312 Harrell St.
– William Lewis Gay IV, 16, 208 Gallarie Place, was charged April 17 with breaking and entering a building at 223 N. McCoy Road and with simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance. He was released on a written promise to appear in court April 21.
– Katina Lavelle Coleman reported a $500 video game system stolen April 17 from 1025 Richard St.
– Items were stolen during an April 17 burglary at City Electric Supply, 1935 S. Main St.
– Jose Daniel Torres-Castro, 20, 402 Lakewood Drive, was charged April 18 with carrying a concealed weapon and no operator’s license after a vehicle stop at I-85 and Julian Road. He was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a May 14 trial date.
– Edward Lee Coughenour, 40, 280 Indian Springs Road, Cleveland, was charged April 17 with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, felony kidnapping and misdemeanor carrying weapon into business where alcohol is sold. He was held under $25,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Arrington Jovan Turner, 22, 721 N. Ellis St., was charged April 17 with second-degree trespassing at 30H, 715 Hall St. and with failing to comply with a court order. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a June 30 trial date.
– John Christopher Hyde Jr., 19, 406 Kincaid Road, was charged April 17 with assault on a female based on a complaint by Shalesa Nykole Jimenez, 1418 N. Main St. Trial date is May 22.
– Kiara Shanique Oglesby, 17, 413 Royal St., East Spencer, was charged April 17 with felony obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny. She was held under $2,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Rochelle Lucas Hamilton, 29, 1024 N. Titan Drive, was charged April 17 with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance at 623 N. Shaver St. He was held under $2,500 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Xavier Wall, 25, 1108 Lakewood Drive, was charged April 18 with being intoxicated and disruptive at 822 Laurel Pointe Circle. He was held under $700 secured bond pending a May 14 trial date.
