There will be a drop-in event for 6th U.S. Congressional candidate Teresa Sue Bratton on April 25 from 6-8 p.m. at the Rockwell Civic Center, 114 S. Cherry St., Rockwell.
Dr. Bratton was a pediatric allergist in Guilford County for many years until her retirement two years ago. Her concerns for the current state of the U.S. health-care system prompted her to run for the 6th District seat now held by Republican Howard Coble.
