Because of forecasts for storms and sustained rain Saturday, Prevent Child Abuse Rowan has decided to postpone a fundraising golf tournament scheduled for Saturday at Corbin Hills Golf Course.
The fifth annual fundraiser will be rescheduled, but a date has not been set, Salisbury Police Chief Mark Wilhelm said Friday. Wilhelm is a member of the Prevent Child Abuse Rowan board.
The date and times for the rescheduled tournament will be announced later.
