Rose Society to hold seminar Saturday
The Rowan Rose Society will conduct a seminar, “Rose Planting,” from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the Triangle Garden on West Innes Street, across from Summersett Funeral Home.
The public is invited to watch and/or participate as members demonstrate the proper planting of rose bushes.
The Rowan Rose Society meets at 7 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month, February-June and September-November at John Calvin Presbyterian Church, 1620 Brenner Ave.
