Russell Lee Davis III, 19, 600 S. Spencer Ave., Spencer, was charged March 21 with felony possession of crack cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving while impaired following a vehicle stop in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot at 628 E. Innes St. He was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.

– Cordell Jevan Mitchell, 18, 1702 S. Rowan Ave., Spencer, was charged March 22 with felony larceny by employee. He is accused of stealing approximately 20 cartons of cigarettes from Food Lion, 251 Faith Road. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Darrell Djuane Parks, 44, 114 Florial St., was charged March 22 with misdemeanor larceny and trespassing behind Rushco No. 16, 1518 E. Innes St. He was held under $500 secured bond pending an April 23 trial date.
– Michael Dwayne Connor, 41, 1710 N. Long St., No. 3, was charged March 22 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault and simple assault at O’Charley’s, 123 N. Arlington St. He was held under $25,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Bobby Edward Wesley, 53, 1 Ryan St., was charged March 21 with communicating threats and second-degree trespassing based on a complaint by Carolyn Graham, 426 N. Lee St. He was held under $300 secured bond pending an April 16 trial date.
